AHR TechDiv designed and developed a custom Store Management System (SMS)
for Emaar Al Bader Contracting Company, a Saudi-based contracting
company operating across construction, infrastructure, equipment, transportation,
logistics, and site preparation activities.
About the Project
The Store Management System was developed to provide Emaar Al Bader with a centralized
digital platform for managing store inventory, products, stock movements, locations,
resources, documents, and users.
The system helps streamline day-to-day store operations and provides management with
better visibility of inventory quantities, product status, stock availability, and
resource movements.
Core Features
Inventory Management
The system provides a centralized inventory view where store users can monitor
products and their current quantities. Product records can include product serial
numbers, product names, store information, current locations, quantities, and
additional details.
The inventory dashboard provides quick statistics including today's added products,
today's outgoing products, out-of-stock products, available stock products, total
added products, outgoing products, active products, and total product records.
Product Management
The Product Management module allows authorized users to add, manage, review, update,
and remove product records. Products can be tracked using product serial numbers and
associated with specific stores and locations.
Store & Location Management
The system provides dedicated store and location management functionality, allowing
store resources to be organized according to their assigned storage locations.
This improves inventory visibility and makes it easier to identify where products
and resources are currently located.
Product Movement & Transfers
A dedicated movement and transfer module helps manage the movement of products and
resources between different locations and stores. This provides better control over
inventory transfers and internal resource movements.
Light Equipment Management
The system also includes a Light Equipment management section for organizing and
monitoring equipment resources used within the company's operations.
Document Management
The Documents module provides a centralized area for managing store-related
documentation and supporting operational records.
User Management
The system includes user management functionality that allows authorized
administrators to manage system users and control access to the application.
Dashboard & Reporting
The dashboard provides an overview of important inventory indicators and operational
statistics, enabling store personnel and management to quickly understand current
stock conditions and product movements.
